The first change is that you will not see me on social media such as Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram anymore. I will have my YouTube channel for content and that is all.

I have been directed to redirect my energies and focus more on myself and my health.
I’m finishing up an outbuilding on my property and will be doing classes and treatments there. Class sizes will be micro with a maximum of probably 4 or 5.

I’ll also be launching an online platform form where you can join a class from the comfort of your own home.

Hey, I’m Brenda, Owner & Operator of Eccentric Health & I’m thrilled to welcome you to Eccentric Health – Yoga & Wellness.
Situated in The Unity Community Centre in the neighbourhood of Marysville in Fredericton, New Brunswick, my goal is to create a space with unique offerings and practitioners at an accessible price.

As a yoga instructor (with over 1000hrs of training), reiki practitioner since 2018, and a fitness instructor since 2023, along with my continuing education in Kinesiology & Psychology at UNB; My passion is providing individuals just like yourself, discover reiki & yoga or help to reignite a lost love for fitness, yoga, meditation and/or mindfulness. All the while giving you the tools to continue this growth with or without my help, by empowering you to advocate for yourself, find the joy in and benefits of exercise, all while allowing you to live as your best life as your most authentic self.

We will work together to find the best yoga/fitness program or reiki healing schedule that best suits you and your needs.
