Having over 1000hrs of YTT, several fitness certifications through FitnessNB, and BoneFit, as well as my trainings in Jikiden Reiki, I am confident that I can offer you a service that will be beneficial to your healing journey. I offer a range of yoga and fitness classes that are accessible for just about everyone! Check below and click the links to see what’s available.
Along with the yoga/fitness options, I also offer Jikiden Reiki treatments. They can be done as a very effective energy healing alone or with yoga. I also offer a very special treatment the “Tri-fecta” which gives you Reiki, Yoga & a Sound Bath.

Private/Semi- Private Class
1-4 people maximum. You provide me with some information about what you want to work on and I will tailor a class for you.
You may also have the session recorded and you’ll get a link for the video at no charge.
