You provide me with some information about what you want to work on. I will tailor a class specifically for your needs/goals.
You may also have the session recorded and you’ll get a link for the video at no charge.
Corporate Events/ Classes

Browse the options and then send me an email with the date, time, and number of people. Please try to book a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
I have enough mats/props for 10 participants, but if people have their own I will happily teach to more folks!
