I believe that wellness should be accessible and straightforward. That’s why I’ve designed my pricing to be clear and affordable, allowing you to invest in your health without any surprises.

Yoga/Fitness
All classes must be pre-registered for & prepaid for or they do not run.

Receiving energy from the universe I will then give it to you through my hands. Treatment can be done in a chair or on a massage table. Treatments can be for physical, mental and spiritual ailments.
*Couple’s Sessions still have only a single reiki practitioner, the time hands-on will be split between the two, but both are still able to receive Reiki the entire time
Distance Reiki Session:
I will call your etherical body to me for your treatment.
You get to be in the comfort of your own home while I perform the treatment. Though I don’t need to have you on telephone or video call, lots of clients find it helps them feel more immersed in the treatment. You can also ask any questions of give information to me that arrises as you feel you need.

Mommy & Me/Tot Yoga &
Mom’s Fitness Class Bundle (50 min classes)
MUST BE PREPAID – No make-ups unless there is room in another class, or I cancel for health/weather reasons
1 Week – $25/$28 (Baby/Tot)
2 Consecutive Weeks – $45/$51 (Baby/Tot)
4 Consecutive Weeks – $85/$97 (Baby/Tot)
These classes are Always a Pay What You Can Model* with a minimum fee of $5/class
If you need a break just communicate the need, absolutely zero judgement & completely confidential

Private or Small Yoga Class
60 Minute Class: $65
Private Class: You may choose from any style of class I teach and tell me the focus.
ADD $10 each additional participant up to a maximum of four (4) total participants
