These classes are paid for one at a time with the 10th class being free with our loyalty card (non-transferrable).
Pre-paying will allot you some savings, but the best savings will be found when purchasing a 4 class or 8 class pass. Check out the pricing page for more details.
Due to having a Sinus/Upper Respiratory Infection that I am finally getting over some classes may not be available right now. However, all classes are anticipated to be running March 25th

Drop-in Classes must have 2 registrants to run*, Bring a friend, family member or co-worker with you!
If you can’t convince anyone to come… you may choose to pay for 2 registrations to ensure it will run.
If more join us I’ll give you a class credit (to gift or keep)!
However, to make sure my time is properly valued; If it’s just you I’ll keep the double fee & you get a VERY discounted private class!
* Class Pass Holders: Just you? I’ll be there! If you’re willing to invest in a class pass, I am for sure going to invest my time for you!
If these scheduled classes don’t work for your life please click the link below and create your own class for a time that works for you. This class will be offered to the community.
If you want a private class you must book a private class.
